Lady Luck Smiles on Abergele Resident with Bingo Cashpot

A lucky lady from Abergele, Wales, has had all her dreams come true after winning more than £67k from just a 25p bet on Gala Bingo.

The winning player managed to hit the jackpot on the leading online bingo site's popular ‘Galaxy Bingo' side game.

Initially the 49-year-old, who was playing two games simultaneously, thought she had won a prize of £400. It was only after clicking back to check the Galaxy Bingo screen that she realised she had actually scooped the progressive ‘cashpot' and won the life-changing amount of £67,400!

She said: “I was on the edge of my seat and was amazed to win! I thought I had only won £400 and would've been happy with that, so to win this much is incredible. I'm planning to have a new driveway installed and treat my family which wouldn't have been possible before.”
